He stayed with me from my newbie days as a low level all the way until 80, until I started filling my slots up with exotic pets. I think I still might tame another one again on my alt, reading this post has made me nostalgic. He's the first pet I ever had and still my best friend in WoW (real people notwithstanding.) He pulls aggro off alt tankadins (<3 Annalla :D), gets snuck into farm raids, and is my companion when soloing. Everyone loves him more than me. He is naughty sometimes, such as this exchange from our last VoA run: OT (who's also the hunter lead): All dps should be on Emalon. RL: All dps is on Emalon. OT: There's a bear on the adds... Kidding, of course. I tamed Tinea as soon as 3.0 hit, and I was very choosy about which moth it would be, too.
