Mend Pet

This guide is actually for THREE achievements!  Alright, so they aren’t huge achievements.  You don’t get a snazzy award.  They are just simple, and slightly time consuming.  Yay!

This will help you to complete To All The Squirrels I’ve Loved Before, To All The Squirrels Who Shared My Life, and Pest Control by going to the fewest (and the least annoying) locations possible.  Now, if you’ve already done one of the achievements or you have a spattering of them… feel free to change it up a bit.  But I’ve outlined the places you absolutely have to go, and the places where you have some options.  This isn’t the complete list of all locations, I’ve cut out the ones you really won’t need to bother with, even if you can still find the critters there.

It’s quite a long list… be prepared!

BOLD mean this is the only location you’ll find this critter – so take care of it! 

Italics means /love or kill it if you haven’t done it already in another zone.

Underline means this is the most convenient place to get this critter (and only place listed on my guide).

Order doesn’t matter.  Do which ever zone you feel like whenever   Click the WoWHead links to get maps of locations of each critter!

Northrend

Dalaran

• Kill Underbelly Rat.

The Nexus OR The Occulus

• Kill Crystal Spider.

Halls of Stone OR Halls of Lightning

• Kill Gold Bettle.

Grizzly Hills

• /love Grizzly Squirrel, Mountain Skunk.

Zul’Drak

• /love Arctic Hare, Huge Toad.
• Kill Zul’Drak Rat.

Icecrown

• /love Glacier Penguin.

Sholazar Basin

• /love Sholazar Tickbird.

Howling Fjord (Don’t forget to do Friend or Fowl while you’re hanging with the Turkeys!)

Un’Goro Crater (Yes, you HAVE to go there.)

Eastern Kingdoms

Elwynn Forest (There’s nothing here that’s exclusive, but these are really easy to find here.)

• /love Cat, Chicken, Cow, Deer, Fawn, Rabbit.

Westfall

• /love Cow, Chicken, Sheep, Prairie Dog.
• Kill Mouse, Snake.

Loch Modan (Rams are in the passage between Wetlands and Loch Modan)

• /love Ram, Squirrel, Sheep.

Searing Gorge OR Burning Steppes

• /love Lava Crab.
• Kill Fire Bettle.

Swamp of Sorrows

• /love Huge Toad
• Kill Mocassin.

Ghostlands or Naxxramas/Zangarmarsh (If you have access to Naxxramas I’d suggest getting the Larva and Maggot from there and getting the Frog in Zangarmarsh!)

• /love Crab, Frog, Toad.
• Kill Larva, Rat, Spider, Maggot, Snake.
