Yes, some of the item budget is wasted on resilience, but you still get good stats and +10% xp from the Wintergrasp version, and don't have to run heroics for them - just do WG every day, complete the three easy dailies, and get 7 shards - or run heroics _while_ you have WG and get 4 shards per boss. Doesn't take too long to get to 2-300. Worth considering anyway. Would you consider spending Stone Keeper’s Shards on shoulders instead?
