If they are usually always organized, I see no reason for them to have not filled out the roster appropriately. And if I were an officer, I would expect to be included in all the other duties that officers perform - all of them. I'm terrible about over-recruiting when I want to run an instance, I hate it, but I always manage to do it. It's not as big a deal for 5-man stuff, but for raids?
