\FEK-lis\, adjective:
1. Ineffective; having no real worth or purpose.
2. Worthless; irresponsible; generally incompetent and ineffectual.

Example: Once the new changes to pet abilities hits, my poor faithful companion Fiddlesticks will become almost feckless. /sadface!
